Barn Shoots

Welcome to the Blue Ridge Sportsmen’s Outlaw Shooters.

We shoot Wagner 9’s at 56 feet. We shoot outlaw style with the only restriction being 36 in barrel for our supershoots. The two different type of 12 gauge shoots we hold include supershoots and meat shoots. Our shoots take place in the barn directly across from the social club.

Billiards

Availability
The pool tables are open for your enjoyment during club hours with the exception of League Nights.

League
The Pool League Season begins in October. The current league schedule is available at the Club.

Fishing

Although Covid 19 has caused a delay, we are pleased to open the lake for fishing . First cast will be at 8 am June 13, MEMBERS ONLY ! 

Stay posted for updates on the upcoming 2021 season.

There will be several  Board members present so please have current membership cards on your person.

Camping

Only dry camping is available. Use contact below to check for availability of yearly sites. Primitive camp sites are avilible, we will be adding a few tent sites thru this winter for the 2021 season. Camping is for members only. All primitive campers must register with campground coordinator or at the social club.

A fee of $10.00 per night for campers and $5 per night for tents is required with a maximum stay of 7 days. Again, members only can sign in campsites.

Yearly site have a waiting list and all yearly site fees are due EVERY APRIL 1.

Horseshoes

The Blue Ridge Sportsmen’s Association offers 8 pit sets behind the barn and 2 sets on our lake property adjacent to the lake pavilion.

Rifle & Pistol Range

Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday: Dawn to Dusk
Sunday : 1pm-Dusk

Range Rules
1. You must be a member to use the range. NO EXCEPTIONS unless voted on by the Board of Directors and the Rifle Ranger for Special Events Only.
2. Anyone caught using the range and is not a member will be fined $300.00
3. You must have your membership card on your person while using the range.
4. No shot guns are permitted at any time.
5. Anyone caught shooting cans and or bottles will have their membership card revoked.
6. Anyone caught shooting the range house or causing any destruction of property will be arrested and charged.
7. Range may be closed during special events that are being held in the surrounding area.
8. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT ANY TIME.
9. You must wear Eye and Ear Protection at all times.

10. The B.R.S.A. is not responsible for any injuries.

Shuffleboard

Availability
The Shuffle board tables are open for all members during club hours with the exception of evenings during the league season. Cost per game is $.75

Shuffle Board League
League Season begins Oct 21st and continues through Feb. 2014. Season Runs Every Monday with schedules available at the Club, see the calendar of events to confirm scheduled play
